Your challenge this time is to hit 10,000 STEPS DAILY!! It takes an average of 100 mins of slow walk to hit 10,000 steps or an average of 70 mins of vigorous walk to hit 10,000! The goal of 10,000 steps is the recommended daily step target by WHO for healthy adults.
Studies using the 10,000 steps per day goal have shown weight loss, improved glucose tolerance, and reduced blood pressure from increased physical activity toward achieving this goal.
